In reply to <a href="https://sevenelles.com/expand-your-adobe-connect-audience-with-a-youtube-livestream/#comment-206">Will Tetlow</a>.

Anything is possible. But you have to multiply (almost) all your assets by three. And managing it will truly become a three-ring circus - especially on the broadcast day(s)!

You would need to have THREE licensed Admins (not sure of the actual Adobe licensing term), one for each of the three tracks. This is because your three primary Events will be "live" events and a given Admin is only allowed one live event at the same time. The three secondary "wrap-around YouTube" events are not considered "live" since they are pointing to HTML content instead of seminar rooms.

Obviously, you will need to have a fairly elaborate "switchboard" as the starting point for all the participants. You could create an HTML page (in AEM or elsewhere) that has six buttons that people would click to get into whichever of the events they prefer. But it will remain that a participant only has to register for the one PRIME event, and that registration would cascade to the other five events ("One ring to rule them all").

Hope that helps!

LOVE this guide!

It's very comprehensive, and to me, very easy to follow. The user group method to keep registration to a single page is very clever. But it makes me wonder... could these steps be used for a three seminar room/two day event? Would that mean that an admin would need six licenses to accomplish this? Three main rooms and three secondary rooms (for the Youtube wrapper) for each day?

Thank you for sharing this knowledge. It was very helpful for me and I'm sure however sees this will think the same. Kudos!
